The Alpine HDZ-653S 6-1/2" 3-way component speaker system is designed for listeners looking for high-quality audio in their vehicles. This speaker optimises the woofer and tweeter for nearly-perfect sound from high-end sources, like high-resolution music files, using many of the same design and material components as their flagship F#1 Status speakers.

Alpine Optimization

With a power handling capacity of up to 100 watts RMS, these Status Series speakers are a terrific addition to any powerful system. However, you can unleash their full potential by combining them with Status System components, which Alpine created with high-resolution music in mind. For consistency across the speaker's ultra-wide frequency range, Alpine uses a carbon composite woofer cone and midrange driver.
