The Furman MIW 2-Outlet Faceplate is a component of the innovative and award-winning Max In-Wall series, the Furman MIW-Powerkit-Pro which provides a noise-free, code-compliant extension of Furman component protection to remotely located devices such as plasma displays, LCDs, and projectors. By discreetly supplying clean AC power to these components, the Powerkit-Pro provides a safer and aesthetically pleasing alternative to running an unsightly extension cord from the component rack to the video output.
Install the MIW Power-Pro PFP behind your wall-mounted flat-panel TV to protect your set against power surges and unsafe overvoltage conditions. Its two recessed outlets not only safeguard your TV and another device, but they also include built-in noise filtration to improve your gear’s performance. And a voltage monitoring circuit disconnects power if the voltage reaches an unsafe level, then automatically reconnects power when safe voltage returns. This is also a great solution for a ceiling-mounted projector. Two recessed AC receptacles deliver power to remotely located devices. Enlarged faceplate (4.5" x 4.5") accommodates oversized wall cutouts. Line fault LED to indicate an overvoltage condition with the power to the MIW-POWER -PRO-PFP. Power ON LED indicates power is being supplied to the MIW-POWER-PRO-PFP outlets.
